Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to become an Avon representative? A: Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to join Avon as a representative. They have this policy to ensure representatives are legally able to receive their credit account and conduct business independently.

Q2: How do I join Avon as a rep? A: It is simple! click the button to Complete the simple registration form and we will call you shortly after for a chat and give you some info on joining. We will guide you through the process and provide you with everything you need to launch your business. It would be helpful if you could have a photo ID and a recent letter with your current address on it. If you do not have photo ID, two letters with your current address would suffice.

Q: What if I've been an Avon rep before? If less than 12 months, you will rejoin the person who signed you up originally. If more than 12 months you can join anyone's team

Q: What if I want to return as an Avon rep, But left owing money? A: If you had a balance when you left. This must be cleared before you are able to join Avon again. Once cleared you may be given a cash account for a time instead of a credit account

If you accept, the order will be added to your Rep order and you will then need to contact your customer to arrange delivery personally.

There you should find a list of all orders and invoices. If you still can't find it, reach out to Avon rep support for assistance in retrieving the invoice.

You can use the Giro slip attached to your invoice and pay at the Post Office or bank. This is subject to a small charge by the Post Office or bank. Avon also offers the option to pay invoices over the phone.

Select the required invoice and input the product code and reason code. Follow the instructions to claim a credit. Print the Avon labels or use your returns book. Place one Avon label in the returns bag. Add an Avon label and a Parcelforce label to your returns parcel, and use a plastic returns bag for your returns.

Q: Where do I get the return labels? A: A small amount of Parcelforce labels will be sent to you in advance. Then, when you claim a credit, you’ll be sent a new supply of Parcelforce labels. You can also request additional Parcelforce labels from Avon, just like you do now for more Avon barcode labels.

Q: Can I get extra labels from the driver or Post Office? A: No, extra labels will not be available from the driver or Post Office.

Q: How can I track my return package? A: You can track your return package using the consignment number on the Parcelforce returns label. Go to the Parcelforce website or download their app to track the status.
