Q: Who is Avon? A: Avon is a global beauty and wellness company with over 135 years of history. Known for its iconic door‑to‑door model, Avon has evolved into a modern social selling business where Reps can share products both online and offline.

Q: What kind of products does Avon offer? A: Avon’s range includes skincare, makeup, fragrance, wellness, and home essentials — all designed to be high‑quality, affordable, and accessible.

Q: What makes Avon different? A: Avon combines trusted, affordable products with a flexible business opportunity. Reps can run their business around their lifestyle, with support, training, and recognition every step of the way.

Q: Is Avon only about selling products? A: No — Avon is also about community. Reps join a supportive network where they can grow personally, build confidence, and even step into leadership roles if they choose.

Q: How much does it cost to join Avon? A: You can get started with your starter kit for just £20. It includes brochures, samples, and everything you need to begin sharing products straight away.

Q: Do I need sales experience to get started? A: Not at all. Avon is designed for anyone — whether you’re brand new or already confident in sales. Training and support are provided from day one.

Q: What’s included in the starter kit? A: Your kit comes with brochures, samples, access to your personal Avon Online Store, digital brochure and other tools so you can start selling both in person and online.

SIGN IN AND SET UP

Q: How do I set up my Avon account? A: Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with login details. From there, you can personalise your account and access your tools.

Q: Can I personalise my Avon Online Store? A: Yes — you can add your photo, contact details, and a welcome message so customers know they’re shopping with you.

Q: What tools will I get to help me start? A: You’ll have brochures, your online store, the Avon On app, and mentoring support to guide you step by step.

How much can I earn as a Rep? A: Your earnings grow with your sales. The more you share, the more you can earn — plus there are bonuses and incentives if you step into leadership. There’s no cap, so your income is flexible and based on the effort you put in.

Q: When and how do I get paid? A: For brochure orders, customers pay you when you deliver their products. You then pay Avon the amount shown on your invoice, and the difference (your discount) is your earnings. For online store orders, customers pay Avon directly at checkout, and your commission is credited to your Avon account.

Q: Are there bonuses or incentives? A: Yes — Avon regularly runs incentives, rewards, and recognition programmes. These can include cash bonuses, product bundles, or even exclusive experiences to celebrate your success.

Avon Apps & Online Tools

Q: Which apps do I need as a Rep? A: The Avon On app is your main business tool. It lets you share brochures, place orders, track your earnings, and access training — all from your phone.

Q: What is the Digital Brochure? A: The Digital Brochure is an online version of Avon’s catalogue that you can share instantly with customers. It’s interactive, always up to date, and makes shopping simple — customers can browse, add to basket, and order directly from their phone or computer.

Q: What is the Avon Online Store? A: Your Avon Online Store is your personal website, open 24/7. Customers can shop directly, pay Avon securely at checkout, and have their orders delivered straight to their door. You’ll earn commission on every sale, without needing to handle stock or payments yourself.

Q: Can I manage everything from my phone? A: Yes — between the Avon On app, your Digital Brochure, and your Online Store, you can run your entire business on the go. It’s designed to be flexible and mobile friendly.

SELLING AVON

Q: How do I find customers? A: You can share brochures, post on social media, host events, or simply talk to friends and family. We’ll give you tips to get started. Jackie has a useful fact sheet available

Q: Do I need to carry stock? A: No — there’s no need to buy or hold stock to get started. When a customer places an order with you, you simply order their products through Avon and deliver them once they arrive. This way, you only order what’s needed, keeping your business simple and flexible. customers can order directly through your online store and delivered by Avon.

Q: Can customers order online directly? A: Yes — your Avon Online Store is open 24/7, and customers can shop whenever it suits them. Your commission from these orders appears on your rep account balance.

SALES LEADERSHIP

Q: What is Sales Leadership? A: It’s the next step in your Avon journey — where you can build a team, mentor others, and unlock extra rewards and recognition and unlimited earnings.

Q: How do I start building a team? A: You’ll receive scripts, tools, and mentoring to help you invite and onboard new reps with confidence.

Q: What support will I get as a leader? A: Jackie provides personal mentoring, ready made onboarding packs, and ongoing support and encouragement so you’re never leading alone.

PAYING AVON

Q: How do I pay Avon for my orders? A: You’ll receive an invoice with each order. Payments can be made online through your Avon account.

Q: What happens if a customer doesn’t pay me? A: Avon recommends collecting payment when you deliver products. If customer unable to pay when delivering, DO NOT LEAVE PRODUCTS. Using your online store, requires customers to pay directly at checkout.

Q: Are there payment options available? A: Yes — Avon accepts multiple payment methods, making it easy for both you and your customers.

CREDITS & RETURNS

Q: What are Avon credits? A: Credits are adjustments Avon applies to your account, usually for returns, promotions, or incentives.

Q: How do I earn or use credits? A: Credits are automatically applied to your Avon account and can be used against future orders.

Q: Do credits expire? A: Credits for returns do not expire. Incentive credits usually have an expiry date, which you can check in your account dashboard.

GENERAL

Q: Can I fit Avon around my lifestyle? A: Yes — Avon is designed to be flexible. You choose when and how you work, whether it’s a few hours a week or more.

Q: What if I decide Avon isn’t for me? A: That’s okay — there’s no long term commitment. You can step back at any time. Ensure your Avon balance is clear
