If you accept, the order will be added to your Rep order and you will then need to contact your customer to arrange delivery personally.

PAYING AVON

Q: What is my Avon invoice? A: Your Avon invoice has all the information about the order you placed. This includes the total order amount, Avon amount due, your earnings (this may differ if you purchased any products yourself), a list of the products ordered and any that were out of stock. On your first invoice you will have return labels for any returns you need to send back to Avon.

Q: What should I do if I can't find my Avon invoice? A: If you can't locate your Avon invoice, log in to your Avon account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. There you should find a list of all orders and invoices. If you still can't find it, reach out to Avon rep support for assistance in retrieving the invoice.

Q: How do I pay my Avon bill? A: To pay your Avon invoice online, log in to your Avon account, go to the "My Orders" section, select the invoice you want to pay, and follow the prompts to complete the payment using your preferred payment method. You can use the Giro slip attached to your invoice and pay at the Post Office or bank. This is subject to a small charge by the Post Office or bank. Avon also offers the option to pay invoices over the phone.

Q: How long do I have to pay my Avon bill? A: This is Dependent on what level you are at as a rep. For a new Avon rep or a rep at bronze level you have 13 days from the invoice date.

Q: Can I pay my Avon invoice over the phone? A: Yes you can. Simply call Avon Rep Relations, select the required button to pay over the phone.

CREDITS AND RETURNS

Q: How do I complete a return? A: You can request a return through your simple-to-use Rep website. Click on my office – Credits. Select the required invoice and input the product code and reason code. Follow the instructions to claim a credit. Print the Avon labels or use your returns book. Place one Avon label in the returns bag. Add an Avon label and a Parcelforce label to your returns parcel, and use a plastic returns bag for your returns.

Q: Where do I get the return labels? A: A small amount of Parcelforce labels will be sent to you in advance. Then, when you claim a credit, you’ll be sent a new supply of Parcelforce labels. You can also request additional Parcelforce labels from Avon, just like you do now for more Avon barcode labels.

Q: Can I get extra labels from the driver or Post Office? A: No, extra labels will not be available from the driver or Post Office.

Q: How can I track my return package? A: You can track your return package using the consignment number on the Parcelforce returns label. Go to the Parcelforce website or download their app to track the status.

Q: How do I apply for returns or credits to my Avon account? A: If returning item(s) for a refund : Select Credits from the MY OWN OFFICE dropdown on your Avon site and choose the invoice you are returning items from, in order to process your credit. Don’t forget to include a Returns form inside the Parcel so the returns department can update your account when the parcel arrives back at Avon. You’ll have 36 days to return the item(s) once credit has been requested, however the sooner you return, the sooner your account will be updated.

Q: What needs to be in my returns parcel? A: You can use anything to return your items, but please ensure they are robust and securely packaged in a box, padded envelope, etc. Your parcel contents: All Items being returned 2. A Returns form: this can be printed from Order Tracking or handwritten using a page from a Returns book. You can order a Returns book with product code 82974 3. If you don’t have access to a printer and don’t have a Returns book, you can write the details clearly on a piece of paper. This must include: ▪ Your Account Number (8 digits) ▪ Your Account Name ▪ A list of all items including product codes, descriptions and quantities so, your account can be updated when Avon receives your parcel

Q: How do I send my returns to Avon? A: RETURNING WITH PARCELFORCE Parcelforce collect returns on delivery providing a Parcelforce label is attached to the outer parcel. This is used to track the parcel in transit back to Avon. If there isn’t a label attached, Parcelforce will not take the return. RETURNING AT THE POST OFFICE You can take your returned parcel to the post office, provided you have a Parcelforce returns label attached to the outer parcel. Without this label, the Post Office can’t accept your return. Once your return is accepted at the Post Office, it will be collected by Parcelforce and returned to Avon. Need Parcelforce Labels? Order using product number 91447 RETURNING VIA EVRI EVRI will not collect returns on delivery. All returns via EVRI need to be booked on the EVRI website: www.evri.com/return-a-parcel Your 3 returns options via EVRI: • EVRI collection from home: printer required to print the label • Locker drop off: printer required to print the label • ParcelShop drop off: no printer required as you’ll be sent a QR code via email to scan at the shop where the label will be printed MAY 2024 UPDATE

Q: What happens if I claim a credit and do not send back the returns? A: The credit you claimed will be recharged to your account. If you have sent your returns and get recharged, call Avon with your returns ref number to correct it
