We know what it feels like to have doubts when starting something new, because we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we’re passionate about guiding others with encouragement, honesty, and practical support.
With over 15 years of experience as Avon Independent Representatives and Sales Leaders, we’ve learned what it truly takes to succeed — and we love sharing that knowledge with our team.
In 2018, we officially joined forces, combining our strengths to create a thriving Sales Leader partnership. Today, we’re proud to run our Avon business full-time, helping others grow their confidence, their income, and their future.

Our brand brings us together as a team. My husband Adrian and I share our experiences to help others grow their businesses, increase their earnings, and build brighter futures. Along the way, we’re always excited to welcome new customers and team members into our community.
Jackie’s Journey
When I first joined Avon in 2009, it was to help make up for the income we lost when Adrian’s overtime was cut. I placed my very first order of £300, not knowing just how much that decision would change our lives.
My team grew rapidly, and by 2011, I had become an Advanced Sales Leader. Adrian soon joined me as a Sales Leader, and together we discovered the joy of building something that not only supported our family but also empowered others.
In January 2015, after being laid off from my job, I faced a choice: find another role or invest in myself. I chose Avon. I used my redundancy pay—two months’ salary—to go all in. That decision gave me freedom, flexibility, and a future I could shape on my own terms.
Since then, our lives have transformed. We’ve enjoyed two foreign holidays every year for the past six years, we pay for Christmas in advance to avoid debt, and by 2018, my Avon earnings matched my old full-time job—without the early mornings, long commutes, or daily stress. Now I work from home, enjoy weekly lunches with friends, and feel happier and more fulfilled.
Looking ahead, our 2024 goal is to reach Executive Leader status, earning around £40,000 while helping our team achieve their own dreams.
